Terms & conditions 

 

Unless an individual agreement setting out an exception is concluded, payment is to be made at the following rates:

Standard hourly rate (ex. VAT):
 

  • €125 for trainees
  • €150-175 for associates
  • €180-250 for partners

Amounts may be increased by a factor of 1.5 to 2 in cases of urgency (e.g. summary proceedings) and/or high complexity/specialisation.

Subject to actual charging for services rendered, a flat rate of 5 minutes for an outgoing letter/email/fax and 3 minutes for an incoming letter/email/fax will be charged.

Office expenses:
 

  • Case creation, closure and archiving:
  • Flat rate: €150 
  • Typing, postage and office organisation:
  • Flat rate surcharge of 15% on the hourly rate

    or
     
  • Typing: €10 per typed sheet (conclusion, letter, e-mail, fax).
  • Postage is charged at actual cost.
     

Travel:
 

  • Travel costs: €0.5/km
     

Third-party costs:
 

  • Third-party costs are in principle always settled directly.
